I am unique in the fact that I was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area. Add the fact that my husband was also born and raised here, we are a rarity! Most people are transplants from somewhere, so I love my unique perspective that I provide being here my entire life. My husband and I met at Berry College, got married at 22 years old , and have lived north of the city in our home in Roswell for the past 11 years. We will celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary this year!
My love for photography has taken me all over Atlanta and North Georgia. I have traveled for weddings and engagement sessions, but my home base and my heart are forever here in Atlanta. I love everything about it... well except for the traffic... including the Braves, the Falcons, the people, the food, the fun, and how convenient we are to many other fun cities. I will forever call Atlanta my home!

I began capturing images at the age of 23 when I asked my college roommate if I could do her engagement pictures. I had always enjoyed taking pictures, but this was my first foray into portrait photography. I fell in LOVE!
Whenever I pick up my camera, I strive to create beautiful and emotional images that tell a story and showcase the beauty of both the people in the images and the world around them.

I grew up constantly taking pictures. I had a disposable camera with me basically at all times (I grew up in the 90's) and ended up at the drug store more often than my mom liked printing pictures.
Fast forward to purchasing my first DSLR camera in 2007 and I was hooked. I shot my first engagement session for my college roommate and knew this was something I wanted to do for a long time.
Capturing moments that will last a lifetime for my couples is why I do what I do. Photos remind us of the strength, courage and hope that reside in all of us the way few other things can.
