the process

Your package comes with an album. I am excited to share the steps in how to get your album designed and ordered!

Now that you have your Digital Gallery, you can now start to choose the images for your album. Your album comes with 20 pages (10 spreads). Each page is a 1/2 a spread. 

If you choose to keep your album at 20 pages, you will have approximately 40-50 images in your album. 

Any additional images chosen will included additional pages and spreads in your album. Scroll down for cost of additional spreads.

Your job is to "favorite/heart" the images in the digital gallery that you would like in the album. Favorite all of the images that you would like in the album.

If you would like additional images beyond the 40-50 you favorite, know that there will be additional pages added to the album.

I do not get updates when my clients favorite their images, so when you have chosen your images, please get in touch with me to let me know you have picked your favorite images. 

From there, I will take those images and create a proof album for you. Anything under 50 images will stick to the 20 page album you have received with your package.

If you have more than 40-50 images favorited, I will design the album with additional pages and get your approval on the amount once the first proof has been sent for you to look through.

Please give me 2 weeks to send over the Album Proof. These will be sent in a folder within your Digital Gallery labeled "Album Proof."

Go into your Digital Gallery and look in the folder labeled "Album Proof." Look through the album proof and see what changes you would like made. Clients get two rounds of proofing gallery changes. 

To email me with changes, scroll over the image and click on the "email icon." It will send it to "share photos" in the gallery. You can do this individually with each spread you would like changed. Give me instructions on what you would like changed and I can make those changes. You will need to do this for each page you want changed.

I will be in touch and update you on changes made in the Album Proof folder in your Digital Gallery. We can make one additional proof round on the edits before we move onto the next step in the process.

Once your album has been approved and ready to print, you will decide on any potential add-on's and upgrades to your album.

You can upgrade and add-on to your album to linen or leather albums or thick pages as well as engraving or debossing or cameo windows.

PRINT PRESS ALBUMS: separate from package are 4x4 for $150, 8x8 for $200, and 10x10 for $300. Should you wish to upgrade your album, you will subtract the price from the upgraded album pricing below.

Once you have chosen your upgrades and add-ons, you will pick the color of your album. See below for color options.

Remember, all albums are linen covers unless leather upgrade has been purchased.

ORDEring your album

Once all of the above has been complete and approved, I will order your album. Please give 6-8 weeks for your album to arrive to me. These are hand crafted and meticulously designed. I will review the album and then mail it to you once I deem it quality for my clients.
