I met Elizabeth and Dalton for the first time at their engagement session, but Ben has known Dalton for a while now… seeing as he is his cousin! Ben and I love getting to know our clients on a personal level, but it’s even more awesome when we (or one of us) already knows them on a personal level before we book them! I had such a great time getting to know the two of them at their session. We were blessed with no rain after weeks of it and beautiful fall leaves! I’m a little biased to liking fall leave pictures. Today is my 8th wedding anniversary and we have some awesome fall leaf pictures. 🙂
So Elizabeth and Dalton love the outdoors; and the Paper Mill Ruins at Sope Creek were a perfect spot for them! They showed up to their session with camping backpacks for carry their stuff, Enos to hang up and take pictures in, and of course Chacos. Well, Dalton had his pair of Chacos on (Elizabeth needed to wear her cute boots for the pics!) and we immediately became best friends seeing as I currently have three different pairs of Chacos and was wearing one of mine to the session as well.
I loved everything they brought to the session, from their Enos to their college soccer jersey’s (since that’s how they met and all!) to their GA Tech shirts and blanket (ugh… did I just say that out loud? I’ll just have to wear red and black to their wedding next May.) Everything about their session was just super cute and adorable. I didn’t have to give them a lot of direction either. They were perfect together and so natural.
I cannot wait to shoot their wedding next May! We are going to have such a fun time! While Ben is already family, I hope that by the time the wedding gets here I’ll be like family as well! 🙂
Anyone else love the fall as much as me? These colors!
So cute! Just love it all!
Love the ring! Love the fall colors!
Dalton gave Elizabeth this necklace. So sweet! Holds the key to her heart forever!
Eno time! Oh I am obsessed with this next set in the Enos!
LOVE!
They plan on moving to Africa a year or so after being married to work in an orphanage, so this is a perfect symbol of that! I love Africa! We found out that we both have lived in Kenya before!
Soccer buddies! I love that they brought their jersey’s for some pictures. So sweet!
I had a Sharpie in my camera bag and had her write their wedding date on the ball! 🙂

[…] Elizabeth and Dalton’s engagement session at Sope Creek and the Paper Mill Ruins was so much fun! They brought a couple of outfit changes and a few props for the session, but their Enos were my favorite addition to the session. We had so much fun getting to take cute pictures of the two of them in their Eno’s! I can’t wait for their wedding this year! […]
