A Rainy Yet Magical Chateau Elan Proposal | Kevin & Taylor
Kevin and Taylor’s Chateau Elan proposal was nothing short of magical, even with a little rain in the mix. When Kevin first reached out, he told me he had found my work online which is how most of my proposal guys find me. He wanted the perfect surprise for Taylor, and Chateau Elan’s romantic setting was just right.
Kevin and Taylor met on Hinge, quickly realizing they had something special. Their relationship grew, leading to this unforgettable weekend at Chateau Elan. They spent time this past weekend enjoying the luxurious spa, dining at the resort’s incredible restaurants, and soaking in the beauty of the vineyards… well maybe not the vineyard so much in the winter, but the rest of the property is beautiful year round! 🙂
On the day of the proposal, the weather had other plans. Rain rolled in, but that didn’t stop us. We had a small window in which it stopped raining, and wouldn’t you know, it was during the proposal! With a little flexibility, Kevin got down on one knee in a beautiful outdoor spot. Taylor’s reaction made it all worth it—pure joy, happy tears, and a resounding, “Yes!”
After capturing their special moment, we stepped inside the hotel to warm up and take a few more photos. The elegant interiors provided a stunning backdrop, adding variety to their gallery. Despite the rain, everything came together beautifully. I’m so glad we could pull off this amazing Chateau Elan proposal!
