Ashley Belle Landings | Eatonton, GA | April 23, 2016
The drive out to Ashley Belle Landings was a long one, but well worth the drive. The venue was simply gorgeous. I can tell why Kristian and Lance wanted to get married there! The day couldn’t have been more perfect! The outdoor ceremony and reception with the twinkle lights was amazing. And that evening light… can I tell you about how simply gorgeous is was!? Ben and I would look at the backs of our camera and just love how awesome it looked! We talked about how we wish we could have that light all day long. I have been constantly smiling the past three days as I edited the pictures for the blog post.
And can I tell y’all how much I just love Kristian and Lance?? These two found me on Facebook last year and drove all of the way from Jefferson to have a consult with Ben and me. We instantly clicked and I knew I would love getting to know these two! From their super sweet engagement session at the Marietta Square to getting to hang out with them during the process, I loved getting to become friends with them! I really do love these two so much and am so thankful that they found me last year!
Kristian and Lance had originally opted to not do a First Look, but after chatting with me at their pre-wedding consultation, they decided to do one and both told me on Saturday how much they completely loved it and were so thankful they did it! I am too! Their First Look pictures were the sweetest and we got some great pictures before the ceremony because they saw each other. We even had extra time after the ceremony for some AMAZING pictures because we got so many done beforehand. We had such a fun time throughout the whole day. I am just in love with every picture from their day and cannot wait to finish them all and deliver the whole gallery!
Congrats to Kristian and Lance! I hope y’all are having an amazing time in Mexico!
Gorgeous Betsy Johnson’s!
I LOVE the Converse! These were their reception shoes! I helped lace up Lance’s shoes and found out how specific he was with his lacing job!
Kristian’s gorgeous bouquet was done by her grandmother. It was simply beautiful- the largest bouquet I’ve ever taken pictures of!
Very special wedding gift to Lance from Kristian
Kristian and Lance exchanged gifts with each other. They had the flower girls deliver the gifts to each other. It was the cutest exchange! Ben did such a great job capturing the moments!
Passing each other as they take the gifts!
Sweet note Kristian wrote to Lance
The sweet note Lance wrote to Kristian made her tear up some
Daddy’s deserve a First Look as well. Love this moment with his only child
Tie tying lesson from Michael, Kristian’s Dad! I LOVE it!
First Look time!
So I just love it! All of the heart eyes as people say right now
Gorgeous venue! Love the dip kiss in front of the house!
The horses wanted some attention!
Ben snuck a fun picture of the three of us walking together 🙂
Kristian is stunning! I LOVED her dress!
Lance is a duck hunter. The feathers on the boutonniere was from a duck he killed. The tags on the flowers were from the legs of ducks from actual duck hunts. My only duck hunting skills are from elementary school when I played the old school Nintendo Duck Hunt game!
Always helpful when a groomsmen has a pocket knife!
Time to get married!
“Tying the knot” 🙂
You may kiss the bride!
The parents had couches to sit on during the ceremony. We carried one of them out into the field for some AMAZING pictures. I am seriously obsessed with every single one of these.
I mean, come on… how amazing is this??? Best wedding party picture EVER!
Seriously… I could look at these pictures all day long!
I love their laughter together!!
The guys picked up Kristian and her face, even though she knew it was coming, is priceless.
The flowers were AMAZING. Like seriously gorgeous!
See that amazing light we were talking about? Gorgeous!
One of the sweetest Father-Daughter dances ever!
Raygan and Dana had seriously the BEST matron/maid of honor speech ever. They wrote a song to Kristian and Lance using the tune “Earl Had to Die” from the Dixie Chicks (still have it in my head 3 days later!) It was one of the funniest speeches I’ve ever heard. So amazing!
“You’re stuck with us now, Lance!”
And then a sweet speech from Kristian’s Dad
Ben captured the most amazing picture of these little girls waiting for the cake!!
Oh I love these!
The shoe game was the cutest! I loved how well they know each other with their answers!
