Biltmore Ballrooms | Atlanta, GA | October 20, 2018

The week of Carmen and Jordan’s wedding called for rain on their wedding day. Jordan called me earlier in the week touching base about what we do if it rained. I assured him we would make it work and get some amazing pictures for them no matter what happened and to not worry. Well, we had some overcast weather and a short moment of sprinkling, but the day couldn’t have turned out more perfect!

I met Carmen and Jordan in February of 2017 at a bridal show and immediately loved meeting with them. They had originally scheduled their wedding at the Venetian Room, but then they sold the space to be used for weddings, so Carmen and Jordan had to find a new venue! Their planner at the Venetian Room connected them with Biltmore Ballrooms and the rest was history! I was so excited when I heard their wedding was moved to the Biltmore Ballrooms. I second shot there in my first year of shooting, but I haven’t been back since. I was so excited to get to have my own wedding at the Biltmore Ballrooms!

We have had the best time getting to know each other during their planning process. Their engagement pictures last fall were some of my all time favorites. You probably remember their Piedmont Park engagement session. If you haven’t checked them out, you need to do so before you scroll through their wedding.

I cannot even begin to describe how much fun I had at Carmen and Jordan’s wedding. Their guests kept saying it was “lit” and I 100% agree. Their wedding party was full of so much excitement and so fun. The reception was the most epic one I’ve ever been a part of. The music kept everyone dancing the whole night, and not only that, but with so much energy! I am doing it injustice trying to describe it. You just need to scroll down and check out the pictures. I got called out to the dance floor by some of the groomsmen, so I had to oblige!  Ben captured the most epic shot ever! Carmen and Jordan told me there’s a similar one like this from college! Time for Fiji!
