Normally I like to blog my Saturday sessions the following Tuesday, but my blog posts have been thrown off schedule slightly due to me being gone last week at the Pursuit Conference. I cannot wait to share my blog post about the conference, but for now I get to share Caroline and Nick’s engagement session!
I met Caroline at one of my bridal shows earlier in the year and immediately liked her! She apparently liked Ben and me as well since she and her mom called me the next day after the show to book me for her wedding next summer! Caroline and Nick live in Athens, so when I made a trip out to Athens back in April to help out with my sister’s adoption, so I took some time to meet with Nick and Caroline for dinner at one of their favorite restaurants in Athens. We had such a great time hanging out and I loved seeing Nick play with Levi! He’s sooooo good with kiddos! He’s grown up around a lot of little ones, so he has a lot of great experience with little ones. He was perfect with him!
The day of the session, we almost didn’t meet! From having to move the session from Piedmont Park due to an event that wasn’t on the calendar to the rain that was coming in the city, I didn’t think that we were gonna be able to make the session happen! Caroline and Nick drove out from Athens to meet with me in Roswell for pictures at the mill. It was overcast and practically empty at the mill; and if you know anything about the mill, it’s rare to find it practically empty!
Congrats to Caroline and Nick on your engagement! Ben and I cannot wait to take your pictures next summer!
