Last fall, I had the opportunity to meet with the awesome Vanessa Gilbreath! She helped with the styled shoot I planned. Her contribution to the shoot was her awesome tea cups and place settings! These place settings added so much to the shoot and really brought the tables together! We couldn’t have done it without her!
Vanessa is originally from England and has used her heritage to create an amazing business here in the states! Vanessa provides such a cool and unique service for brides! She provides mismatched English fine china for table settings at wedding receptions, bridal luncheons, wedding showers, and more! I love this concept and think it is so cool to see the awesome arrangements she creates using the fine china! Her business is the only one in Atlanta like it, so make sure to contact her if you love this idea of the fine china! I just LOVE everything about her business!
Thanks for working with me, Vanessa! I can’t wait to make it happen again!
I rent Vintage Mismatched Fine China imported from England
I got started watching Prince William marry the practically perfect kate!! I had a tea party at my house and everybody commented that they never saw pretty china anymore and why didnt someone do that,so I did!
My inspiration in China is Casa De Perrin in California, a glorious range of vintage and modern china and table ware. My mentor is Alexis Amaden at The Whitlock Inn. She helped me start out in the business and never ceases to inspire me in staying afloat for almost 20 years. Not easy!
My favorite part of the wedding is when all the ceremony and reception are over and the couple can truly relax and look forward to their life together.
Before the wedding industry I actually was a Nanny. I went to Nanny college in England and had a uniform and everything!!! I loved my time playing with babies and keep in touch with all my charges to this day.
