I met Jen at one of my bridal shows in March and immediately knew I liked her! We had so much fun talking and getting to know each other at the show. Through our conversation there, we found out we went to the same college! Now, it’s not like UGA, where tons of people graduate from there every year. We both went to a small liberal arts college in Rome, GA with just 2,000 students. If you’re a regular follower, you know that I went to Berry and met Joshua there. We figured out that we graduated high school and Berry the same year, so we never went there at the same time; but because I went up there a lot in high school to visit my at-the-time boyfriend, I knew a lot of people in her class. It’s always so much fun to meet Berry alum and share our experiences. There’s something special about Berry that only graduates understand. It’s fun to share that connection with her!
Paul didn’t join her at the show, so I met him at the engagement session for the first time and instantly liked him. He’s a fun, easy going guy and I can see why the two of them get along so well! They were such a fun and happy couple! I loved getting to hike through the Sope Creek trials with them to get to the awesome ruins by the water. Dinner afterwards at Paper Mill Grill was just as fun! I absolutely cannot wait until their wedding in September! We are going to have a blast!
