Back in August, I had the opportunity to work with the amazing Kim McNaron from Holland Daze Weddings. She worked with me in the styled shoot that I did for the Pursuit Community. She specializes in wedding florals and does an AMAZING job. I love her work! If I ever need a florist for another styled shoot, Kim is my lady! Whenever my brides ask for a florist, I am always going to be referring Kim!
And can I just brag on Kim and say how incredibly awesome she was at the styled shoot?? She stepped up and totally helped me out BIG time. This being my first one, I had some ideas on what I wanted to do, but didn’t really know exactly what my vision was. With a little bit of guidance, I gave her some ideas and she went with it! I could not have been happier!! She brought on the amazing Miss Milly’s for the shoot. The two of them together rocked it out and created the most amazing set up- with Holland Daze’s flowers and Miss Milly’s decor, the look and feel of the set up was everything I could have wanted!

florals/ we create floral signatures- like a fingerprint, unique to each bride

I have been in the industry for 30 years, on my own full time 2.

I have a great blog post here that shares my story!
5) Who in the wedding industry inspires you?
Typically photographers. They see beauty through the lens of their heart. They inspire me to create something worth shooting as well as all vendors who give their all, pressing on to bring the bride the highest level of integrity. I don’t let the vendors who are just out to make a quick buck and not invest in the day rob my joy.
6) What is your favorite thing about a wedding day?
Putting the bouquet in the bride’s hands. The moment she gets to meet her blooms! Still cry at most.
7) If you weren’t working in the wedding industry, what would you be doing?
painting flowers and truly missing the joy of celebrating the precious vows each couple gets to share.
