Kelsey and AJ were simply amazing at their Roswell Mill engagement session last week! I had an amazing time getting to meet them and take their engagement pictures. One of the first things she told me, well after telling me I should have brought Abigail (hehe), was how much JOY she can see in my life through my website and social media- just how happy I am. Y’all, that just made my day. But as you can tell in this post, Kelsey exudes joy as well! Her smile and laughter are contagious. She is simply the sweetest! And so is AJ!
It had just rained an hour earlier. It was hot and muggy. We could have rescheduled their engagement pictures, but Kelsey and AJ are super chill and trusted my judgment for their pictures earlier this week. Well, it paid off, because we had the whole Roswell Mill to ourselves! If you know this location, it’s NEVER empty. We saw maybe three or four groups of people, but other than that, we had the whole place to ourselves! I didn’t have to worry about people in the background or wait my turn at the covered bridge or get creative with my angles to keep people out of my pictures, because there was no one to deal with! Talk about a photographer’s dream!
And you know you have an amazing couple when you ask if they’re game to get in the water at the end of their session and they both say, “oh yeah!” I love it when my couples are game and trust me for some fun and out of the ordinary pictures!
I can’t wait for y’all’s wedding at The Greystone Estate in a couple of months! We are going to have a blast!
