Eryn and Jacob’s wedding at Tryphena’s Garden in Fort Valley, Georgia, was full of love, laughter, and stunning scenery. The venue’s Spanish villa feel made a perfect backdrop for their big day. The garden space was breathtaking, creating a romantic atmosphere for their ceremony and portraits. This was my first time at the venue and I most definitely hope to make it back one day!
Eryn and Jacob’s love story began at the church where her dad is the pastor. Jacob had no idea she was the pastor’s daughter when they first met! That fun little twist made their story even more special. Their connection was clear throughout the day. They couldn’t stop smiling at each other, and every glance between them was full of love, laughter, and continuous smiles.
I had the honor of second shooting this wedding with Danielle Valimont Photography. Capturing Eryn and Jacob’s day felt personal because they reminded me so much of my husband and me. Eryn is outgoing, bubbly, and full of energy, while Jacob is calm and quiet. Watching them interact brought back memories of my own love story, especially since we both were in our early 20’s getting married. I even told Eryn’s mom that they reminded me of my husband and me!
The entire day at Tryphena’s Garden was magical. From the heartfelt vows under the pavilion with twinkle lights to the lively reception, every moment felt intentional. Eryn loved dancing! With her help of her maid of honor and me, we taught her Cotton Eyed Joe! Family and friends surrounded them with so much joy and support. The golden-hour portraits in the garden were absolutely dreamy. The way the light hit the Spanish-style architecture added even more beauty to their photos. My favorite was the wide shots of them with the huge oak trees on the property!
Eryn and Jacob’s wedding was a perfect blend of elegance and personality. Their love story is just beginning, but it’s already filled with deep faith, joy, and laughter. I feel lucky to have been part of such a special day!
