Diana and Justin are getting married next spring at my favorite venue, The Greystone Estate. They actually found me because I’m a preferred vendor there, so I shoot at The Greystone Estate all the time. I’m so glad they contacted me for their wedding. We met last month for their Piedmont Park fall engagement session. Theirs was the 4th Piedmont Park fall engagement session I shot in three weeks! I can understand why, because Piedmont Park in the fall is gorgeous!
Because I shoot there all the time, I always challenge myself to shoot in at least one new location in the park that I haven’t shot before. It gets to be a little more challenging each time I go, especially four times in three weeks! But I did it with their Piedmont Park fall engagement session! I stopped at not one, not two, but three new spots I had never shot before! We got some amazing pictures with some amazing fall color!
I had such a fun time getting to know them and how they met back in middle school! It wasn’t until later that they reconnected at a college party that they started dating shortly after. They told me that they were from the Johns Creek area and I immediately asked which middle school they went to, because that’s where I taught back in the day; but they went to the “rival” middle school, River Trail, and not where I taught! How funny would that have been had they gone to the school I taught?! I’ve already shot weddings for some of my old students, so it wouldn’t be that crazy!
I cannot wait for their spring wedding at The Greystone Estate! We are going to have the best time!
Piedmont Park fall engagement session deserves a fall ring shot! Y’all, look at those colors! So creamy and dreamy! I always make sure to get some cityscape shots! It’s the #1 reason my clients want Piedmont Park pictures!
Gorgeous Piedmont Park engagement session! Love the colors and the photos on the stairs!
