A Last-Minute Proposal at Roswell Mill | Pedro & Taylor
When Plans Change, Magic Happens
Pedro had a different plan at first. That plan fell through just days before the big moment. On Thursday, he reached out to me for help with his proposal at the Roswell Mill that Saturday. The timeline felt tight, but I knew we could make it happen. I could not be there in person that day. Still, I have an amazing team I trust fully. Pedro felt good about that right away. He stayed flexible, which made everything easier.
Once his plans had to pivot, he knew a proposal at the Roswell Mill would be perfect since Taylor was originally from here and they had been at the location before. He told her that he had hired a photographer for a pretty photo session to fill up some of the blank picture frames in their home. Taylor had NO idea what was going to happen at the session!
A Fast Plan That Came Together
I have photographed many sessions at Roswell Mill. I know the best spots, the light, and the flow of the area. That helped us move fast. Pedro also did his part. He went to the location ahead of time and picked a spot he loved. We worked through the details within hours. We locked in a plan for the proposal at Roswell Mill that same day. Pedro booked my team and felt ready for Saturday. Quick planning can feel stressful, but this came together with ease.
The Perfect Moment
Saturday arrived, and everything lined up. They met my associate for their “couples session” and headed straight to the proposal spot. I told them it would be a little off roading, so Pedro came prepared with a good pair of shoes for Taylor.
When the moment came for their pictures at the waterfall, he got down on one knee and asked the big question. Taylor said yes, and the joy on their faces said it all. She threw her arms up high into the air beyond thrilled that she was getting married!! Even with the last-minute changes, this proposal at the Roswell Mill felt thoughtful and personal.
Exploring the Mill Together
After the proposal, they spent time walking around the area. We captured a mini engagement session right after. The paths, the water, and the old brick made a beautiful backdrop. Pedro and Taylor laughed, relaxed, and soaked it all in. These moments always matter just as much as the proposal itself. They tell the full story of the day.
A Story Worth Telling
This proposal at the Roswell Mill proves that plans do not have to be perfect. What matters most is the intention behind the moment. Pedro stayed calm, took action, and created something special for Taylor. In the end, everything came together right on time. It was simple, meaningful, and full of joy, just how a proposal should be. Congratulations Taylor and Pedro! Thank you for having us capture your special day and trust us with these moments!

Congratulations 💜🙏🏾 I wish you peace, love and prosperity for eternity
