Roswell River Landing | Alyssa and Dev

This past October, I had the honor of photographing Alyssa and Dev’s beautiful Roswell River Landing wedding. Their special day was intimate, filled with love, and perfectly complemented by the stunning fall backdrop that Roswell so graciously provided. It all began at Roswell River Landing, where their close-knit family gathered to witness their union in a heartfelt ceremony that included their two adorable dogs as part of the celebration.

Before the ceremony, we made the most of Roswell’s breathtaking outdoor locations to capture unforgettable moments. Our photography journey started at Sope Creek, with its charming trails and serene water features. Then, we ventured to the Roswell Mill at Vickery Creek, where the iconic covered bridge and cascading waterfall made for magical backdrops. We even spent time at the Roswell Boardwalk, surrounded by vibrant autumn colors, and wrapped up at Roswell River Landing, where the Chattahoochee River set a romantic tone for their wedding portraits. The crisp fall air and the golden hues of the leaves were the perfect frame for this stunning couple.

Alyssa and Dev’s love for each other shone through every shot. They were naturals in front of the camera, laughing, holding hands, and embracing the joy of their wedding day. The two hours we spent before the ceremony flew by, and the results were nothing short of magical.

The ceremony itself was a heartfelt affair, with just family present to celebrate the couple’s commitment. The setting at Roswell River Landing, nestled along the river, created an intimate and warm atmosphere that reflected Alyssa and Dev’s personalities perfectly. We laughed when we saw a family of kayakers floating by when they cheered for the couple. Afterward, friends joined in for a lively reception, bringing even more love and laughter to the evening.

Alyssa discovered me by Googling the venue, and I couldn’t be more grateful that our paths crossed. It was an absolute pleasure to capture these memories for such a wonderful couple.
